Computer Repair Service
Prices are case by case but may include replacement of a screen, power supply, memory, or hard drive replacement. Contact us and we will provide a quote for your specific hardware issue.
In-Home PC Setup
Set up your pc including all peripherals such as a mouse, keyboard, speakers, and a printer.
Configure connection to existing home network.
Reconfigure email client and install one software
application from previous device if applicable.
Perform professional cable management practices.
Malware Removal Basic
Troubleshoot and remove all malware such as viruses, spyware,and rootkits.
Repair operating system issues resulting from infection.
Perform system updates and virus protection definitions updates.
Malware Removal Extensive
In Addition to Basic:
User Data Recovery and Restore (Documents, pictures, ect...)
Secure erase or replace computer drive.
Reinstall operating system.
Install computer drivers and updates.
Install Applications at request of client.
Data Recovery Basic
Recover deleted files from drive.
Recover files from old computer drive that is still functional.
Data Recovery Extensive
Recover files from drive that is failing, has been formatted or has potentially failed.
In case of failing drive:If our diagnostics and tools prove complete mechanical failure and files are unrecoverable,
then drive will be returned to client.
Fee reduction if data is unrecoverable.20$ recovery fee for all data recovery services. Fee is charged for diagnostics and recovery procedures used in attempted recovery.
